Great Video. Great Yorkshire Puddings. Itried them on Sunday after watching the video. The family was really impressed!.

Are you referring to the American biscuits and Gravy dish?

If so they are very similar but very much lighter

I have a hard time comparing yorkshire pudding with American biscuits. I would say that American biscuits are more like airy and light scones.

Personally I am not too familiar with the American biscuits and gravy myself. My friend who has been to the US thought this may have been what you meaning rather than a biscuit recipe. Thanks for your interest and comments.
