    Personally I am not too familiar with the American biscuits and gravy myself. My friend who has been to the US thought this may have been what you meaning rather than a biscuit recipe. Thanks for your interest and comments.

    I have a hard time comparing yorkshire pudding with American biscuits. I would say that American biscuits are more like airy and light scones.

    If so they are very similar but very much lighter
