Er… chewing almonds might be a nice start? Eating almond butter instead … ? Smaller particle size … greater surface of contact … digestion might work … just an idea…

It depends on the individual. For example, if ur blond, you shouldn’t eat tropical fruits in the winter because your body’s not used to metabolise those for fuel.

Thanks for the info. I’ve heard some well informed people say to avoid vegetables that don’t have contact with the sun ie ones that grow under ground like potatoes and peanuts. Do you have any thoughts on this?

It doesn’t matter what anyone else does. Live for yourself and go to rawfoodexplained and learn how to eat right (The Life Science Diet)and what is toxic and what isn’t. You shouldn’t eat onions and garlic because they kill white blood cells, also oil prevents digestion of carbohydrates. Look at the science of the digestive system. It’s a proven way

Just going to say that if you are following the paleolithic diet which involves no dairy products, it is a good idea to be strict with not drinking coffee, as it is supposed to prevent the absorbtion of calcium, the majourity of which passed through and is washed straight out of your system, grain products are said to do this as well, the unatural molecules in it bonding to calcium molecules, the result being that they are far too large to be absorbed through the digestive tract.

And also what I think is that many people are exremly addicted to sugar and they have to detox themselfs from the white sugar and they other carbohydrate that we dont need.

People have to read the label on the every singel articles of food they buy and start to think!. And dont eat meet!

Parboiled rice, white potatoes, Tahini sauce made from ground sesame seeds, Raw cashews, Apple/Grape juice…these are some of the most perfect foods.

I eat three scrambled eggs every morning and dont crave protein for the rest of the day. No meat whatsoever.

One of the problems is that “health nuts” in the US can’t cook and only eat for “health” instead of have good tasting food. No one eats beans, thats not a meal, no traditional society I know eats nuts. They combine peanuts, oil, peppers, etc to make a peanut stew as they do in west africa or beans are eaten with celery, onions, spices and sometimes pork. But “food activists” won’t mention that, they will, like this man, unfortunately encourage the American suggestion of snacking on nuts.

Good advice. Eat fresh foods, not processed. Get sugars and fats from fruit and nuts. Eat grains not pasta. Where possible eat uncooked or pre-soak to minimize cooking. Eat the food that we have evolved on. Cut down on meat, avoid battery animals, or better still be a vegetarian and be kind to animals.

Very informative video! The choppy sequences make the video a little bit hard to follow, however. Your video’s are very informative. Please make future video’s less choppy.

I have been in the States a couple of times. It’s just unbelievable how fat people are over there (on average), and what they seem to eat all the time – red meat, saturated fat and sugar. Watch out for the health care cost in a decade or two!!

  • ErikitaMA says:

Uau, someone with common sense, people who says that hispanics are fat haven’t been in the south part of the American Continent. I am American but from Latinamerica and believe me, I just gain weight when I go to US… most of the food is too greasy unfortunately for people from US. Ah! and Peruvian’s Ceviche..Rocks!

And many ills can be beat with food. My wife descended from Cherooke Chief finds all kinds of nature ways to cure. Sambuccol (black Elderberry) for example will destroy colds and flu (Viruses) if you hit them right away. When you get that first sense of it coming on.

  • JohnJamesAlexander says:

OK, yes back to traditional foods but add a good multi-vita-mineral and be diverse in intake. The number one way to live long is choose the right parents. Grandpa died at 100 rich(real Estate ownership) . Grandma at 103. Grandpa ate too much sugar then Doctors killed grandpa with insulin over dose when his body was pre-diabetic.. Grandma ate high nutrition, low calories. Ultimately, it is moderation in all things and interest in life.
