Onion . Wash the pork and let soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Wash pork again the add to all ingredients to the pot. It is better to keep pork covered with at least one inch of water. Slowly boil until done 1 to 2 hours. This will depend upon the thickness of the pork. Remove from pot and let cool enough to handle. Slice into ¼ to 3/8 inch slices, cut into bite size pieces.
