    I know! Usually no Chinese steam just fish filets. The whole fish is steamed. But this isn’t a whitey thing. Maybe a whitey American thing. In France, we do steam the whole fish.

    Cool way to cook fish. I wonder if its slightly rare like that. I know a lot of asian cuisines use rare or medium rare fish. Personally I cannot eat anything rare. Not even vegetables lol. I’ll try this out some time.
