very good recipe! In Germany, oven roasted goose is a traditional x-mas meal..
Yes it&#039;s fatty but most of the fat drains out like seen here!
btw. that fat is pure gold...PURE GOLD!
If you don&#039;t like chinese 5spice, use your own favorite spice mix, no hard rules here!

I&#039;ve seen german Chefs rubbing the bird with only rough sea salt and good olive oil...
Anyway, it&#039;s gonna be good, believe me...
