thats very true. and with salmon, i prefer yellow rice or brown rice over white.
perfect, but with the water for the rice, let it seep it some saffron, makes it amazing!!
oh and metal spatch+teflon pan… wouldnt recommend it to the rooks…
look i like your style, but if you want a nice sear, dont slide the fish around! put it down, and let it sit, trust your pan! thats how you get that color that we like…
