    ceviche is peruvian, there other versions but peruvian is the best, and its good with arroz con pollo.

    Every country has a different way to do it, but according to people the peruvian ceviche is the original and the best of all. also pisco is peruvian because it cames from the region of “pisco” like real champagne comes from the region of “champagne” .
