I have to have the salted shrimp with pork. I have heard of adding coffee, have not tried it but I hear that it works.

mmmmm looks delicious. well executed i like how you wrapped the daejigogi with shrimp paste thats my favorite!!!!!!!!!! you can also mask the pork flavor by adding a couple tablespoons of instant coffe into the broth.
