lazyboy, I understand that you have a few points you wanna make clear to the crew and us subscribers/viewers, but I’ll second what BBQ Pit Boys said, Never turn down another man’s barbecue, they are taking their time and using their money so they can upload videos for us and give us tips and how-to videos, and it doesn’t look good when someone else comes in and acts all Gordon Ramsay and trashes their cooking completely… Show some respect man.

Cheers Pit Boys, it looks delicious

point well takin’, lazyboycort. Might try that next time. But, that’s what it’s all about around here -never turn down another man’s barbecue…..you just might learn something new! -BBQ Pit Boys

  • lazyboycort says:

Barbequeweb IM not talking about adding your toppings first, lol. Its when you cooked your meat first then took it off the heat let it sit and cook it self on the board while you cooked onions???????? you could do it all at 1 time with the oninon carmelizing in the meat (or seprate pans) then your meat would not be 5 mins over done when you serve. plus you dont get the onion flavor in your meat. not trying to troll you just wondering why? delete this coment like my last if you like.

  • rabidbadger73 says:

So, same premise as a cast iron pan then? I think I get it… My cast iron pan contains the absorbed flavors of thousands of delicious meals… Salut!

  • ZeroError101 says:

    i wish i had that

  • mvbeckril says:

I hear ya 95Celica… sometimes after a night of brews and karaoke I’ll come home and watch their vids. then inevitably I’m out cooking some monstrosity out of whatever I’ve got layin’ around. I don’t profess to bein’ a pit-master but anything tastes good on the “Q” haha

  • mvbeckril says:

I doubt the “Boys” are worried dave, their comments always come in about 30 to 1 as positive which is more than I can say for other cooking channels. Ace vid again boys thanx!

  • dlmsuperdave says:

I think the reason that some people give you guys **** is because they are jealous of your ability and laid back lifestyle.I say, **** on the negative comments and keep up the good work. you guys rock!

  • mustangsally79 says:

Grilling or roasting is the healthiest way to cook meat. If you get a heart attack its probably your lifestyle.
